My mind is on information and vision overload. I need to dump some of it on paper — or at least on the computer. I started something the other day and am not sure about the beginning. What I wrote feels and sounds more like a chapter one than a prologue. There is a winter-time mystery wanting to come out and it is getting stuck on the by-ways of my brain. I just pulled a writing prompt out of our VisionScribe prompt bag – “He wore a Columbian necktie”. This conjurs up a whole bunch of images that just might fit. I’m going to see where it takes me. The only way to get out a writer’s block is to write, write, write and when you’re really tired of writing, write some more.
